My Project
What I love most about my kindergarten students is their curiosity, energy, and excitement for learning. Each day, they come in ready to explore, ask questions, and connect with one another. They thrive on movement, conversation, and hands-on activities—and they learn best when they can work together in meaningful ways.
Adding trapezoid tables to create hexagon-shaped seating will help my students learn by giving them a space that encourages collaboration, communication, and community.
These tables will allow students to face one another, making it easier to share ideas, participate in group work, and practice important social skills. This setup also supports both independent learning and small-group instruction, which is essential in a kindergarten classroom where students are developing at different paces.
The trapezoid tables will help my students grow not only academically but also socially and emotionally, something I value deeply in my teaching, by creating a more interactive and inclusive learning environment.
