Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My class consists of 16 AMAZING 4th graders. Coming back to school for in person learning after all those months at home might be stressful for the students. I want to create a classroom environment where the students will thrive.
My Project
The use of flexible seating will allow the students to take charge of their learning and make a choice that works best for them. The products that I chose will give students additional seating options in our classroom. This will help students focus and shake their wiggles out. Students become less disruptive and engaged in their work.
Making sure students are comfortable is an essential component in motivating them.
