My Project

Hello Donors! Again my Grade 8 students will read, analyze, and perform "A Midsummer Night's Dream" this spring! Help to make their classroom theater experience authentic with costumes and props that will help us create the otherworldly settings of Shakespeare's fairy realm and the Court of Athens. Costumes and props are a way for actors to communicate with the audience. These materials will help to ground students understanding of the often complex plots, struggles, and themes within a Shakespeare play. Our Gavilan Peak drama department will also be given access to these materials!
