This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

We are a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) based and project class. My school is a Title I school that is devoted to student achievement.

We believe it is important to create fun and engaging experiences for each student.

My students love to show creativity through STEAM. I integrate all subjects through my lesson plans, centers and projects. We make sure all students are not hungry and are ready for an exciting adventure every day. My class the "tiger paws" are ready to roar and soar ahead!

My Project

In school each student should come ready to learn. What if a student is uncomfortable or having a challenge of being still? Its an educators job to make sure each learner reaches their full potential.

Flexible seating is a great option to help young learners focus their energy in one place, to give full attention to subjects that are being taught.

Flexible centers should be included in centers. I love the flex-space balance ball seat and comfy stool are great for students that need to move around to be able to learn in centers. My students' will love going to centers with these new flex space seats.
