One of my hardest classes in college was film photography. I would like to give the students an opportunity to watch how the instant film develops. This will also give them the opportunity to feel what it's like to step back in time and take a picture that you cannot delete and retake like they can on their phones.
I have amazingly creative students and I want to expose them to as many levels of art as possible.
This will also give them a creative moment to take home! A keepsake of 6th grade!
This camera will be given to the students to take home and create an artistic expression of something they want to express in the world. This will expand their ability to think outside the box and to be sure about what they want to capture because they will only get one picture.
