Sewing for our Future!

We need sewing materials! We are currently sewing pillow case dresses for those children in Haiti who we love and adore. We are also teaching our young students to sew!

About My Students

My students are grand and inspirational souls who have found a specific purpose and are inspired by a mission. Last year, we sponsored an orphanage in Haiti. This year, we actually were successful in connecting our kids with their Haitian kids by bringing the Haitian orphans directly to OUR SCHOOL! Now, we are are on a greater mission to translate books for their Haitian schools, and we are personally sewing pillow case dresses for those in need in Haiti. We need your help to change the world, one student at a time, and each heart at a time!

Our students are currently learning to sew pillow case dresses for those children in Haiti in need for clothing and learning. Not only do we have the opportunity to provide them the opportunity to have gifts from our kids, but we will also donate our materials AND personally teach them how to sew their own creations. This will change their world! (and ours).

Why do you want to create pillow case dresses for the kids in Haiti?

Because we love them, we saw them, we know them. I want to give a dress to a girl who is proud to wear my creation.

Why is it important to teach the kids there to sew? So that they can learn a trade, they can spend their time making things for others...that is joyful.

Why would you think it is important to give simple dresses to others? Because it may be all the love we can ever show them. A simple dress.

I will make the most of my leadership by teaching my students to sew. I will teach them to put their hands toward loving others, and I never fail in a mission that my God has projected upon me. My students are unfailing, they are grand, and they are inspired. My leadership does not exists...they lead me!

This project is important because my students understand that no matter their socio-economic situation, no matter their background, no matter their intellectual or academic level, they have something to give to someone in greater need! Everyone has love and kindness to offer. My kinds have found a purpose. We are sending pillow case dresses to HAITI!
