My students need Chromebooks to have the opportunity to use technology to be successful in middle school and to get ready for high school, college and life!

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I teach at a Title One school in Bridgeport where one hundred percent of our students receive free breakfast and lunch. My seventh and eighth grade scholars are in love with using technology but they rarely get the opportunity to use it.
Many of my students receive backpack food on the weekends.
Despite so many hardships, my students are eager to learn and do their best. They want to be in school because they want to learn all they can so they can be successful one day.
My Project
My students need tech! These Chromebooks will help my scholars become familiar with the technology that they will be using to take the standardized testing. The donations for this project will improve my classroom by reducing the amount of behavioral issues because I will be able to provide the appropriate stimulation that my students need, but still meet their educational needs.
These Chromebooks will help me differentiate math for my students to maximize learning.
Students will learn, be engaged and all while having fun! Please help my scholars be successful! You will be making a difference in the life of a child.
