This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I will start working in my home district this school year, and I am so excited to meet my new students. I will be serving an amazing diverse community of learners where I will be teaching 4th grade for the 2024-25 school year. I am so excited to join the school and continue to grow stronger together.
As we get ready to start a new school year, I would like to set up all the materials my students need to be successful in the classroom.
I have selected some welcome back supplies, rewards, and nameplates to set up my students for success. Also, the pencils, composition books, and markers, among other supplies I am requesting for my students are the basic materials they need to engage in learning. We really need your help in getting all these supplies ready for the first week of school. These supplies will be used on a daily basis by my students.
I know how much my students will appreciate knowing they have their basic supplies to start the new school year!
I want my students to feel comfortable and ready to learn, and having these materials will prepare them have a great start. My students will be able to focus on the academic material at hand with everything ready and set for a great school year. Thank you for supporting my classroom!
