This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students enjoy creating and experimenting with objects, using their science inquiry skills when we are learning about topics that they enjoy and observe. To extend those skills, we need more classroom materials so they can further develop and use those skills for future success. Help me give my students opportunities to develop 21st Century STEAM skills with materials such as a magnetic board, science stations, and an engineer kit. The activities and materials allow for small group collaboration as well as individual use helping students create on their own.

Moreover, using the student's interests and everyday experiences will enhance their learning and provide more meaning to their learning.

We hope you can help us achieve this goal.
