My Project

In today's society, finding peace is sometimes hard to do. My low-level reading high school students' lives are filled with disruption. This impacts their learning. My students find calm in our classroom, yet they find disruption and chaos in the hallways.

HRCMHS reading students are very motivated to make the school a more positive and calm learning environment.

My students will utilize the Cricut Designspace to design calming and positive messages to print on various materials to post around the school. They will also use the materials to make positive stickers to give away. Students love decorating their laptops, water bottles and other various items with stickers. Positive messages encourage positive thoughts, which encourage positive behavior.
