This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My second grade students are becoming more and more passionate each day for reading. They have been working all year to build their reading stamina. They really enjoy these series books but often times we have to read them aloud via ebook because we do not have the physical books.
My students deserve to explore the books that they enjoy.
My goal is to build a fun series library to enhance their love for reading. My students have loved some of the Frog and Toad series books and well as the Mercy Watson series. I know they would be grateful to get to experience these books at their own pace.
