My Project

As the guidance counselor of middle school students, I want to help our students when dealing with challenging issues such as anxiety, anger management, bullying, depression, and grief. Sometimes the students just need to decompress, relax, and take an emotional timeout from the classroom.

I would like to create a comfortable, safe, and serene spot for the students to visit when mental health and wellness issues arise.

Middle school is a crucial time for our students’ social-emotional development. As students are developing an understanding of themselves, they need to see and hear positive interactions in their “school lives”.

My project is asking for three art wall posters along with poster frames that send positive and encouraging messages to our students. By donating to this project, you are helping our students reach their full potential and be successful.
