Help me give my students the sequels to the book, "Ugly Me," because they absolutely loved the first book in the series.

My Project
In our 1st quarter English classes, my students read the book, "Ugly Me," by J. E. Stamper. This book was very relatable to our students as the main character lives in a very difficult home and has to overcome many issues in her home and school life that are exactly what our students at this continuation school struggle with. I have been teaching for 33 years and this might be the first time the entire class was bummed when the book ended.
"You mean there are two more books in the series?", my students exclaimed when they realized that the story continues on.
They immediately begged me to "let" them read the other two in the series, "New Leaf," and "Perennial Girl." Of course, getting kids excited about reading is a major bonus. That is just one of the two reasons I am requesting a class set of the remainder two books in the series.
"Ugly Me," the first in the series, develops this struggling character in a way the allows my students to see themselves. However, the character does not grow or change or improve their situation or outlook in the first book. The next two books show them developing friendships, dealing with CPS, relying on adults at school, getting involved in clubs and flourishing in spite of their home life. I want my students to see the growth and hopefully, learn from the book to see how they too can work hard to get positive outcomes in their own lives.
