This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

For students with specials needs, sensory toys can be a life saver. Students often time have trouble focusing as well as calming themselves when upset.

Sensory toys are a necessity for busy hands and busy minds.

Students with intellectual disabilities often feel the need to move some part of their bodies at all times. Without an outlet for these sensory needs, students may lose focus, begin verbally stimming or even hurting others. The toys will help keep students’ hands busy making it easier to focus.
