Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In my classroom, when a student completes all of their work, I offer a break if they feel they need one.
I would love to be able to offer students a play break with a sensory toy after completing their work.
At the moment, we only have one cube so when others finish their work they have to choose a different type of break. The cubes are very popular at the moment. I'd love to have more. I also would love to have some quiet sensory toys they can play with at their seat while they work so they don't distract other students.
