As a dedicated speech therapist working with students with special needs, I am seeking funding through Donors Choose to provide essential sensory and adaptive materials for my students to promote better mental health. These tools are vital in helping my students with emotional regulation and helping support positive mental health. These tools include clay, play doh, emotional regulation instructional/sensory materials, and a fast-charging station to ensure students communication devices are charged in a timely fashion. My goal is to set my students up for success by creating a positive learning enviornment with tangible sensory tools that will allow them to thrive.
