Sensory Therapy Makes You Feel Better

Help me give my students a place to meet their sensory needs with comfortable seating and calming tools.

My Project

I serve the special education population in my school district. I see students with varying diagnoses for individual and group counseling sessions. I also provide immediate behavior intervention in classrooms around my school.

My students will use the sensory products on my list to help de-escalate and bring them back to a peaceful place.

The items will also be used during sessions to provide a relaxing and engaging environment to learn coping techniques and ways to express themselves. Engaging all senses during the learning process provides attention to all social emotional needs.
