This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Thank you for your consideration in supporting my special students with special needs. Beginning school at a young age, while experiencing the challenges of having autism or a learning disability, can be extremely disregulating for little minds and bodies.

These weighted stuffed animals will allow for calm and comfort when a student is overstimulated.

The sensory bin fillers will allow for self-regulation, as well as fine motor development, in addition to being a productive way to decompress.

All of these requested supplies are so valuable and important in making time spent at school safe, calm, and productive for all students.
