My Project

A sensory supportive classroom plays a crucial role in fostering an inclusive and effective learning environment for all students, particularly those with sensory processing differences. By incorporating sensory-friendly elements such as adjustable lighting, noise-reducing materials, and flexible seating options, these classrooms cater to a wide range of sensory needs. This creates a space where students can feel comfortable, focused, and engaged without becoming overwhelmed by overstimulation. A sensory supportive classroom not only promotes emotional well-being and self-regulation but also enhances academic performance by allowing students to thrive in an environment tailored to their individual sensory processing styles.
