My Project
I absolutely love my students’ curiosity, resilience, and unique ways of learning. Each of them brings something special to the classroom, and I strive to create an environment where they feel supported and empowered. Many of my students benefit from sensory-friendly tools that help them stay engaged and comfortable throughout the school day.
The floor seat cushions will provide flexible and comfortable seating, allowing students to move and adjust as needed to maintain focus.
This will be especially helpful for those who struggle with sitting still or need alternative seating to feel secure. The headphones will reduce auditory distractions, creating a calm and controlled learning environment for students who are sensitive to noise or need help concentrating on their work.
My goal for this project is to foster a classroom where all students can thrive by providing tools that meet their sensory and learning needs. By incorporating these items, I hope to enhance focus, reduce anxiety, and create a space where students feel safe and ready to learn.
What makes my students special is their incredible determination and ability to overcome challenges in their own unique ways. They inspire me daily with their creativity, kindness, and perseverance. These resources will ensure that each student has the support they need to succeed!
