My Project

The items I am gratefully asking for will contribute to my elementary special education classroom. Items such as the sensory toys allow the students to regulate their emotions to sustain attention to task and curriculum. Sensory toys, supplies, and organizational aids have a quick shelf life in the classroom but are very important in classroom management. The students enjoy a fidget while working to promote a positive sensory work environment. In a classroom of students with high needs and with proper supply my hope is to have a fun, engaged, and sensory driven educational experience for my students. My students need sensory toys and chair bands to release excess energy. We also need scratch-and-sniff stickers, sensory toys, kinetic sand, and stress balls to relax and control anxiety.
