My Project
Our students practice mindfulness through breathing exercises, partner cooperation and exploration. These resources will help them have creative play that teaches being expressive and grateful. Our NEST is a place in our room students go to when they need to decompress, regulate, take a break, or just have a few moments to themselves. Students show a signal and have a timer they set. When in this space we have a cart full of items that can support emotional wellness.
The items we are asking for expands this space and gives students more opportunities to express themselves.
