Help me give my students the needed items to facility sensory seeking activities.
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Saults's classroom raised $370
This project is fully funded
Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are in a self-contained classroom with disabilities of varying levels. They are always looking for items, toys, and furniture to help regulate themselves when things get a bit too much for them.
My goals for this project are to give my students spinning sensory chairs so they can take 20 minutes for themselves.
They deserve to have tools in the classroom that benefit them and their levels of needs. My students as of now are balancing on desk chairs and rolling chairs, so the current furniture in the class does not benefit them.
My students are the sweetest kids in the world. They are kind, good friends, amazing students, love each other. Honestly, there's no better class. And they deserve items in their classroom that actually meet their needs.
More than half of students from low‑income households
