My K–3 students are bright, creative, and full of energy! They also have a variety of special needs that make emotional regulation and focus a daily challenge. Whether it’s big feelings, frustration, or sensory overload, they often need extra support to stay calm, feel safe, and be ready to learn.

These resources will help my students recognize their emotions, practice healthy coping skills, and take calming sensory breaks when needed. Together, we can turn tough moments into learning opportunities—and help every child grow with confidence and joy!
