My Project
This project will impact students in Philly who need sensory tools, supports, and spaces in order to support their regulation and learning throughout the school day. My goal for this project is to create a sensory area in each classroom for any teachers that are interested. As the school OT, I am the expert on sensory needs and want to help support teachers expand their knowledge and access to sensory supports for students. The students that I serve are smart, silly, witty, fun-loving, and hard-working. Please consider donating to this project to help Philly students have sensory spaces and tools that do so much to support their attention and engagement in learning.
