it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In my special education classroom, we strive to make students feel welcome, comfortable, and fully supported to optimize their learning and growth as students and people.
All of these items will enhance my special education resource classroom to make learning more engaging and enjoyable for my 1st through 3rd grade students.
Floor seating - My students need a defined area and comfortable searing for times when we gather on the floor in my classroom.
Emotion Words - My students often need help to name their feelings and learn to manage them effectively.
Sensory puzzles - A quiet but engaging sensory tool for students who need help focusing? Yes, please!
Magnetic teaching aids - My students need concrete modeling and visuals to succeed.
