My Project

My learners have diverse needs that require a sensory inclusive environment. The sensory materials in this project will be used to improve our sensory room in our classroom. The sensory room will be used to provide breaks and as a regular rotation during centers. They will engage in sensory play in a calm, inclusive room.

Giving students the opportunity to engage in various sensory materials will improve behaviors and attention, subsequently improving our classroom culture and academic outcomes.

Help make our classroom inclusive and address the various needs of my young learners!
