This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The sensory items I have listed will help my special needs students decompress when overstimulated.

A safe classroom environment allows them to feel more comfortable within the classroom when they are overwhelmed with everyday emotions or challenges.

My students use these sensory rings, tubes, and other items during breaks after completing work or when they feel stressed and need some time to rest.

With your donation, it will provide them with the resources needed and the opportunity to have other options with coping strategies. It will also help with anxiety and fidgeting in a more productive way.
