My Project
My students need to play to learn and they play at different centers. One of our centers is the sensory table where they discover new materials according to the month. Each month the sensory table changes to spark new exploration and engagement.
Preschool students are curious and engaged through hands-on materials.
Our sensory table needs new materials for students to explore. The sand is for students to use for their imaginations and helping them build fine motor skills. The tactile letters are for having students learn, explore and communicate more. The sensory materials kit will be used by students to engage their sense of touch and wonder while exploring new materials in their sensory bins.
Preschool students use sensory materials to engage in conversation, spark their curiosity and build their hand strength. These sensory materials will allow them more communication, curiosity, and help them develop fine motor and cognitive skills.
