This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Please help support our students get materials for their sensory breaks.

Sensory breaks can help students with autism regulate their sensory systems by taking sensory breaks using the stretchy tubes to stretch and give them an outlet for break.

They can be scheduled or unscheduled, and can include a variety of activities.

The various materials will be used to create sensory bags for small group instruction to help students get their breaks through the day.

The mesh zipper bags will be used to store the sensory fidgets such as the extend tubes.

The stretchy fidgets will be used to help students work on fine motor skills and exhaust their energy by stretching.
