My Project
Play dough, sand, and modeling clay are essentials to every pre-k classroom. But it quickly gets dried up or needs to be replaced.
Sensory and creative play is one of the most effective ways to stimulate brain growth in young children.
Building and creating is preschool children’s favorite thing to do, thankfully because they don’t even realize how beneficial it is. It meets every child’s needs. I have students who have special needs and are not ready to play with toys, but sensory materials like sand and Play-Doh can meet every child’s needs.
