This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Most of the students that I see for occupational therapy have a diagnosis of autism. These incredible students most frequently have sensory and motor needs that can only be met with child-specific, individualized interventions. TPT lessons and activities will be used to engage and differentiate skills for students.
Every student is so different!
Some might benefit from subtle opportunities such as a sensory strip on their desk, while others will benefit from more intensive services that require materials such as Theraputty, fidgets, or lacing beads.
Due to limited school funds, I am in need of supplies for my students to help them achieve their maximum potential!
