My Project
Hello,
I am a self-contained special education teacher, and I need your help with a friendly, sensory quiet corner.
My students require a designated space to help regulate their emotions throughout the school day. My goal is for them to have flexible seating, access to various fidgets, sensory supportive manipulatives, and calm lighting.
As an educator, my goal is for my students to feel fully supported and to create an environment where they feel safe. I hope to partner with the community to create this calm and safe space for my students. Thank you for taking the time to read our story.
