This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I can't say enough about my brilliant and resourceful class. They came into school this year eager to learn and excited to make new friends. Many had not attended preschool prior to entering Kindergarten due to COVID-19 and lacked necessary social skills needed to work collaboratively with their peers.

Providing them with engaging and fun learning center materials will allow them to work on those much needed social skills such as turn taking, fairness, and kindness.

These centers allow for differentiated learning to take place as well as providing them the opportunity to fine tune those social-emotional skills needed to succeed!
