This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project is to help my seniors start off a great last year of high school. My students have so little and I want to give them so much more. All of the students here come from homes below the poverty line, and I want them to have the chance to experience something that can influence their lives. Due to huge budget cuts, we are no longer able to celebrate seniors how we used to in the past. It is up to us to help encourage and support them to reach their goals for graduation this year. These tokens of support will be given to them to motivate them and remind them they are not in this alone. They have worked hard and deserve the diploma.

We are bringing smiles to their days and that kindness goes a long way.

We are finding ways to encourage the students, especially the graduating seniors. Help us make senior year a memorable one with these class of 2023 t-shirts, necklaces, and bracelets. We know these are memories and experiences that live on with us forever.
