My Project

Some things are difficult to visualize unless you already know and understand them. This can be a problem in education when students don't have the knowledge or experiences that help them relate to the topic studied. Help us tackle this problem by using this emerging technology and bringing virtual reality to our STEM lab.

Students can go on adventures and virtual field trips and explore stem-related careers with the Oculus.

Imagine students joining Mission ISS and becoming an astronaut and exploring life inside the International Space Station. Imagine students exploring human anatomy and dismantling, rotating, and arranging different parts of a human. Imagine students traveling back in time and experiencing slavery and fighting for Civil Rights in a virtual world and becoming part of the story instead of just sitting back and watching. Imagine students touring any planet they wish, the moon, and the stars! The possibilities are endless and the knowledge gained is even greater!

Help me bring these experiences to our new STEM lab here at our elementary!
