Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

I teach art to elementary students in a poor socio-economic area. This project is for Fifth Graders, students who want to become excellent painters and need every opportunity to express themselves through Art!

My budget is $600 per year. We currently have 686 students at our school -- that works out to about 85 cents per student! I would greatly appreciate your help, and I know that my students would appreciate it even more!

My students need quality paper for painting their beautiful pictures! These students need quality markers for enhancing their paintings and turning them into something unique and creative! We need quality paint, so that they can turn white paper into masterpieces!This is a project for Fifth Grade and so far, this group has floored me with their great expressive talent! I want to give them as many art experiences as possible and this project is another way for them to discover art and to express themselves in a new way!

With your help, the 5th graders will have more opportunities to express themselves and achieve their goals in new ways. Furthermore, the artwork will be on display for all visitors to see,your donation will help fund a school beautification project as well.
