it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My middle schoolers are learning to manage their feelings! Students come into my space experiencing many emotions. It can be difficult going through those emotions which is why I want to provide them with a variety of self-coping resources: journal materials, fidgets, stuffed animal to hug, stress balls, and one of their favorite snacks.
Whether it's journaling when it's difficult to say what is happening out loud or squishing a stress ball to calm down, students should be able to express themselves.
These tools will allow my students to go through their emotions and learn what best supports them. Please help me provide these resources for my students.
