Help me give my students the tools they need to express themselves creatively and feel their very best! With these toiletries, poster paper, colorful writing tools, and self regulation exercises, our lessons on self care will be dynamic!

My Project

My students are constantly dealing with many things that come their way. Issues at home, issues at school, and issues in the community can cause stress and tension in addition to taking time away from caring for oneself.

My students deserve to understand the beauty and importance of self care.

Some of them may have other worries that seem more important. Others may be dealing with the stress of not having enough money or enough time to dedicate to caring for themselves.

Help me continue to provide my students with dynamic lessons on why they need to make the time to care for themselves. We will use the body wipes, toothbrushes, and other donated items to bring these lessons to life.
