This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I hope that with these fidgets, bingo, and other tools, students of all ages will have ways to manage anger, sadness, and other big feelings. It is vital that students have methods to support their social-emotional development and people to help support them as well. My goal is that students can access items in the social-emotional toolkit when needed independently or during counseling sessions with me.

I also hope these tools can help students connect with each other more meaningfully.

My students are kind and worthy of social emotional growth and learning. They are always open to new experiences and coping tools that are used in the counseling setting.
