My Project

As a school psychologist, one of the most critical components of student success lies beyond academics—it is in the development of social and emotional skills. Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) equips students with the ability to understand and manage their emotions, build positive relationships, make responsible decisions, and navigate challenges both in and out of the classroom.

Having tools and resources as a school psychologist is crucial for effectively supporting students' academic, emotional, and behavioral development.

I am able to support students' by integrating SEL into school culture—whether through direct instruction, staff collaboration, data-driven interventions, or supporting trauma-informed practices. By prioritizing SEL, I am able to foster not only better learners but also healthier, more empathetic individuals prepared for life beyond the classroom.
