Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The books requested will give our class an opportunity to fall in love with SEL. In a world where our minds are constantly running, these books will give us the opportunity to slow down and appreciate one another as human beings. They will give us the gentle reminder we so dearly need - to care for Mother Earth.
This set of books will remind our students that every day is an opportunity to do the right thing, even when no one is looking.
My goal for this project is for students to understand the importance of working together as well as developing a love for Mother Earth.
