My Project
The items donated through my project will be additions to my counseling office for our middle school students. Our goal is to create a calming and safe environment for our students to feel free to express themselves and deepen their understanding of their emotions, interpersonal relationships and how to advocate for themselves at a young age.
Our school supports predominantly Black and Brown students in the Bronx as well as a number of students with IEPs and learning disabilities.
The materials we use will benefit their learning, character development and interpersonal relationships throughout the year!
