Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Interactive books are dynamic experiences designed to actively engage young readers. Unlike traditional children's books, interactive ones go beyond the pages, incorporating various elements that invite readers to participate in the narrative. Features of interactive books may include touch-and-feel textures, flaps to lift, pop-ups, sound effects, and interactive prompts. They are interesting, appealing and exciting! These books will continue to enhance the print-rich classroom that I strive to create. My students will be motivated and reading will be fun for them. Students will be able to choose books, which will help them continue to enjoy independent reading time.
