Help me give my students an HP Sprocket Instant photo printer and special photo paper. With our upcoming science fair, it would be a great help in printing out color pictures.
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Kutch's classroom raised $323

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students range in age from 5- 10 and they come from some of the more diverse backgrounds. They bring so much untapped knowledge and excitement. Hands-on experience and visuals help them make vital connections. A great example is a student from Venezuela. Speaking very little English, he enjoyed science because it allowed him to connect beyond the language barrier. Often times students like him will be able to make connections to their homeland and you can see the pure joy in their eyes. Science is it's own language and it makes my ENL students feels like true participants in the class.
My Project
Capturing our science fair projects and experiments is our way of savoring the moment and sharing our experiences. We love to document what we are doing in class. Additionally, with our upcoming science fair, students are asked to add pictures to their project boards. Many students do not have access to a printer, let alone a color one. As their teacher, I offered to print out their photos for them, but at school we are limited to black and white. It would be awesome to have this tool to help print out photos for their projects but also to print photos to display the exciting things we are doing in class.
