My Students

We are a Title I K-12 charter school. My students are passionate about learning and look forward to coming to class every day. I want to provide the best learning environment as possible to encourage their love of learning. As a newer school, we are continually working to increase the opportunities available to our students. We do more with less, and it shows.

My Project

Our classroom needs a document camera so that I can project learning materials (books, worksheets, manipulatives, etc) so that all students together can see what they need to at the same time during a lesson. We love to learn together and a document camera will allow us to view things together. It will allow everyone to follow along when I'm reading a text with them and allow them to see the pictures at the same time. I will also be able to cut back on the number of paper copies that I need to make and preserve other resources too. A document camera is an essential tool for making our classroom as efficient as possible and will open the door to deeper discussions as a class.
