My Students
Every day my students participate in a number of reading activities. I want to create and foster a love for literature and books early on!
My students come from many different backgrounds however most are socially and economically disadvantaged.
Most are not introduced to quality literature or able to interact with today's technology outside of school. My students are sweet, driven, and growing into model citizens!
My Project
I am asking for a document camera stand to use with my iPad and attachments to make it interactive with my Smart Board. With these tools, I can project daily shared and interactive reading books as well as interactive writing activities without purchasing Big Books and using the books I have available. The document camera stand will also easily allow me to project any piece of writing that I want to share! Displaying student work will also help motivate and encourage students to do their very best!

So many of the lessons that I teach would be enhanced greatly by a projector. The document camera stand would take our classroom to a new level or interactive fun and students will benefit greatly through hands-on audience activities.
