This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I work with a diverse group of students with disabilities in a special day class program. My school is a Title I school in a low-income neighborhood where most of the families struggle to meet their basic needs. Many of my students struggle to learn new concepts without the use of hands-on materials to help them learn.
My Project
Both the computer monitor and cable would be used to make lessons more accessible for students who are learning online. With a second monitor, I would be able to share screens and see all of my students when I am teaching. This makes it much easier to see who needs help and to spotlight students when they are sharing their work with the class.
Please help me get a second monitor so that I can see and help all of my students as we work together online.
It will make it possible for me to see what everyone is writing and the work they are doing at the same time that I am sharing my screen.
