My Project

I am an English Language Learner 3rd grade teacher. Our school consists of culturally and linguistically diverse students within a low socio-economic community. Each student is at a different level of English proficiency and learns in a different way and my goal is to reach each student with a variety of STEM activities.

My students would learn about climate and the environment with a hands-on science activity!

I am requesting a classroom set to grow seeds. A plant growing activity where each student can plant their own seeds, water it daily, of course name it and talk to it, and watch it grow into a plant!

This would also made an amazing for my students' family members! What is better than that?
