My Project
Our community includes many students from Native American tribes. My classroom library is lacking in representation for these students. Students are more likely to read when they see themselves in the stories they read.
Native American students want to see themselves in the books and stories they read.
I want to be more informed and aware of their cultures and backgrounds.
Help me fill my classroom library with books for all of my students. With your help my third graders can have picture books, chapter books, and a love for reading.
